The Administrative Division is one of the eight divisions of the FCT Education Resource Centre (FCT-ERC). It is responsible for providing essential staffing, material, and welfare support services to the entire organization. 

Headed by a Head of Division, the Administrative Division ensures the smooth operation and internal management of the FCT-ERC. Its core functions include: 

⮚ Staff Management: Handling staff appointments, promotions, discipline, retirement processing, and training.

⮚ Welfare Services: Managing staff welfare, including medical services, compensation, and the maintenance of infrastructure and machinery. 

⮚ Material Support: Overseeing the procurement and supply of items, managing stores, maintaining the asset register, and handling inventory.

⮚ Coordination: The Administrative Division works with all divisions for seamless organization of events and programs across the center.


The present Head of the Administrative Division is Mrs. Joan E. Abdullahi


The Registry:

  1. Processes all internal staff applications
  2. Takes charge of staff and policy files
  3. Receives and files all correspondence
  4. Processes leave, and annual increment matters
  5. Dispatches letters and circulars
